Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Lead to manage and develop remote educational programs delivered virtually across multiple locations. You will lead a team of remote educators, ensuring effective curriculum implementation and achievement of child development goals.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in Early Childhood Education or related field, 7+ years of experience, and proven leadership in remote/online settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in early childhood education, with leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing remote or online educational programs.
• Strong knowledge of child development, pedagogy, and curriculum design for young learners.
• Experience with virtual learning technologies and platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of early childhood curriculum for remote delivery.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development to a team of remote educators.
