You will translate educational theory into practical resources for ages 2-6, collaborate with subject experts, and ensure materials are inclusive and standards-aligned. A portfolio demonstrating play-based programs is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• At least 4 years of curriculum development experience for early childhood education.
• Portfolio of curriculum materials or educational programs.
• Strong knowledge of play-based learning and child development theory.

Responsibilities

• Design play-based curriculum frameworks for ages 2-6.
• Create age-appropriate learning materials and digital resources.
