Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Middle Years Program Lead (Trailblazers) based in Spain to shape and scale an innovative education program for ages 10–14. You will own end-to-end curriculum design, project-based and place-based learning, and assessment frameworks while coordinating with educators, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and implementing innovative curricula.
• Experience in project-based and place-based learning.
• Strong understanding of middle years development.
• Experience selecting and managing online education providers.
• Proven ability to scale programs across multiple sites.
• Skill in designing meaningful learner assessments.
• A collaborative leader able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly internationally; based in Europe preferred.
• Enhanced criminal records check or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end curriculum design and implementation for the Middle Years program.
• Develop assessment frameworks spanning academic and social-emotional growth.
• Define and maintain standards for program delivery across centers and regions.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage online education providers and edtech tools.
• Collaborate with education centre directors and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Support global expansion with on-site feedback, coaching, and scalable processes.
• Travel regularly to support implementation and maintain program quality across locations.
• Coach educators and develop professional development initiatives.
