Alan is seeking problem-solver engineers with 5+ years of experience who enjoy simplifying complex problems. You will design cross-domain solutions that reduce blockers and enable global-first integrations across teams.

You will remove technical blockers, orchestrate data transformations across countries, and own the full lifecycle from design to deployment and ongoing care in a fast-moving global environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as an engineer tackling complex systems.
• Ability to design modular architectures and cross-domain components.
• Experience navigating multi-country data models and tech boundaries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive collaboration.

Your mission

• Design Cross-Cutting Modules You will transform country-specific implementations into elegant global components that become building blocks for other teams to build global features.

• Remove Technical Blockers for Product Teams You will tackle technical blockers that cut across several domains and eliminate the need for team-specific workarounds, allowing product teams to focus on core business.

• Orchestrate Data Transformations You will harmonize different countries\' data models without losing local flexibility and consolidate existing data into unified schemas.

• Build and Own What You Create You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of your solutions, from design through long-term maintenance, including deployment and ongoing care.
