Alan, a prevention-focused insurance company in Spain, seeks a full-stack Software Engineer to enhance their AI-native engineering capabilities. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in software engineering, building internal platforms, and be fluent in English. You will work collaboratively to create innovative tools and frameworks.

This role offers remote work flexibility and aims to empower engineers and non-engineers alike in contributing to the development process. A culture of innovation and collaboration is paramount.

Formación

• 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles.
• Experience building internal platforms, frameworks, or libraries.
• Experience with LLM APIs or AI-assisted coding tools is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Create tools, agents, and infrastructure for AI-native engineering.
• Build CI/CD processes with quality guardrails.
• Scale the Hopper agent orchestration for engineers and non-engineers.

Scope

• Hopper – Alan's own background coding agent: agent orchestration, parallel agent pools, web dashboard for builders
• AI‑native engineering enablement – harness integration, agentic workflows, and infrastructure for AI tools
• Autonomous testing infrastructure – agents that validate their own work before shipping
• Sandboxed development environments – remove brittle local setups so everyone can contribute safely
• CI/CD and quality guardrails – auto‑fix, complexity scoring, automated checks and new PR review experiences that enable confident reviewing
• Non‑engineer contribution tooling – flows and interfaces that make Designers, PMs and Ops autonomous contributors

Focus for 2026

In 2026 we will move from “AI tools you monitor” to “AI agents you trust.” We will scale Hopper and the supporting infrastructure so that engineers routinely offload tasks to agents, and non‑engineers can open pull requests after easily testing their changes. Agents will validate their own work before it ships.

Experience we value

• 3+ years in full‑stack software engineering roles
• Experience building internal platforms, frameworks, CLIs or libraries that improve developer workflows
• Experience with LLM APIs, agent orchestration frameworks, or AI‑assisted coding tools is a strong plus
• Passion for creating delightful experiences, whether building UIs or APIs
