The role focuses on developing a next-gen healthcare framework, AI-powered acquisition engine, and automated renewal system using technologies like Python, Flask, and PostgreSQL. Remote work flexibility exists, but in-person collaboration is valued. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience and a passion for healthcare technology.

What you’ll build

• Next‑Gen Healthcare Framework: 4 countries (and more to come), multiple products, but one system. Build the contract & service stack that will power Alan’s growth for the next 10 years.
• AI‑powered Acquisition Engine: Autonomised sales teams using AI to customise coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real time.
• Automated Renewal System: Automatically reviews and adjusts coverage for our portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts.
