Alan, a leading health-tech company, is hiring software engineers to join our Bilbao team. You will build and maintain backend and full-stack solutions using Python/Flask, React and PostgreSQL, delivering scalable systems that power payroll, billing and HR integrations.

Formación

• Experience in backend and full-stack software engineering.
• Proficiency with Python/Flask, React and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building scalable systems and APIs.
• B2B experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer the employee affiliation engine and related lifecycle events.
• Simplify payroll and billing tooling for HR teams.
• Build seamless integrations with platforms like Payfit and Workday.
• Automate workflows at scale across multiple countries and clients.
• Ensure invoices are accurate, reliable and easy to manage.
• Collaborate with product, design and operations teams to unify the user experience.
