Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance, and as a Software Engineer on the billing platform you will power multi-country transactions with Python/Flask, React and PostgreSQL. You will design core billing engines, ensure reliability, and collaborate across product, design, and ops to scale globally.

This role offers flexible office and remote options and a path to impact across countries. You will work on scalable, reliable systems and help build the backbone of Alan’s billing

Formación

• We are looking for software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend / full-stack experience.
• Passionate about navigating complex business logic and system dependencies.
• Experienced with scalable, resilient platform design.
• Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#).
• Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
• Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.

Responsabilidades

• Build the core billing engine: process thousands of transactions daily.
• Design modular, reusable billing primitives and abstractions.
• Integrate with payment gateways, partner APIs, and internal systems.
• Automate billing schedules and workflows across multiple countries.
• Ensure system reliability, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to create a unified platform.
