Alan is hiring a fulltime engineer to help build our AI-first medical software for occupational health. You’ll work on core patient workflows, scheduling, and risk assessments, collaborating with doctors, HR teams, designers, and operations across our Paris and remote teams.

You will contribute to both backend and frontend features, using Python/Flask, React, and a modern stack, with daily deployments and strong ownership. Remote work flexibility is offered with in-person collaboration.

Formación

• 2+ years shipping prod-quality fullstack features.
• Proficiency in both backend and frontend.
• Experience with Python/Flask and React is a plus.
• Experience building scalable, reliable systems in health tech is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-first medical software features used by clinicians and HR teams.
• Design and implement onboarding, scheduling, and patient workflow features.
• Collaborate with doctors, designers, and operations to ship end-to-end products.
