Formación

• 5+ years as a backend engineer, preferably with Java.
• Experience with product teams and strong communication skills.
• Intermediate English level required.

A leading tech company in the e-commerce space is looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on backend development to join its engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

• You will work on the deepest part of the product within an autonomous and multidisciplinary team, delivering solutions aligned with business needs.
• You will design and propose new features and technical solutions, going beyond just coding.
• You will collaborate with the Product Manager, Technical Lead, and Product Designer to ensure technical feasibility.
• You will mainly work on a Java-based backend ecosystem following Hexagonal Architecture, DDD...
• You will work with TypeScript, React Native, and various web / hybrid technologies, ensuring seamless integration between backend and frontend when necessary.
• The solutions you develop must be scalable, maintainable, and accessible.
• You will challenge existing processes and propose improvements, both technical and functional, fostering a critical mindset.
• You will lead initiatives within the team with the support of the Tech Lead.

Skills, know-how, and experience :

• 5+ years of real, hands-on experience as a backend engineer in a professional environment (preferably with Java).
• Real experience in front development. React is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience working with product teams. Being product-oriented is a must.
• Experience with strongly typed programming languages or willing to learn.
• You are not afraid of doing pair programming when needed.
• Passionate about new technologies and problems to solve. You’re ready to offer fresh ideas.
• It is important that you can learn, understand, and develop great practices aligned with our technical challenges.
• Highly communicative, you’re able to work with multiple teams : internal and external team members, clients, and providers.
• We are an international company, so an intermediate level of English is required.
