An innovative consultancy is seeking a Full-Stack AI Developer to build an AI-powered career path navigation bot. The ideal candidate has proven experience with GPT applications and possesses a strong end-to-end product mindset. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to own the entire development cycle, with a focus on smart prompt engineering, dashboard integration, and UX/UI design.

Formación

• Proven experience building GPT / Co Pilot-based applications.
• End-to-end product mindset: UI + logic + API integration.
• Strong knowledge of OpenAI API (chat completion, fine-tuning optional).
• Experience with conversational UI, state/session handling.
• English speaking, writing, and daily communication - A MUST.

Responsabilidades

• Build MVP for Career Path Bot (PathPilot) with all required interfaces.

Conocimientos

Experience building GPT / Co Pilot-based applications

End-to-end product mindset

We're an innovative L&D; consultancy building GymSkills: a next-gen, AI-powered learning platform.

We're now launching PathPilot, a career path navigation bot that empowers users to upskill, pivot, or get promoted based on real-time career data, AI coaching, and custom roadmaps.

We're looking for a Full-Stack AI Developer who's experienced in GPT/Co-Pilot-based apps and can own the entire development cycle from front to backend, including smart prompt engineering, dashboard integration, and UX/UI.

What you'll build?

• Career Path Bot (PathPilot) MVP with all required interfaces (e.g., Chat UX/UI that interviews users on their skills, role, goals, etc.)

Requirements:

• Proven experience building GPT / Co Pilot-based applications
• End-to-end product mindset: UI + logic + API integration
• Strong knowledge of OpenAI API (chat completion, fine-tuning optional)
• Experience with conversational UI, state/session handling

Qualifications:

• English speaking, writing, and daily communication - A MUST

Project based position with option to extend - Full remote

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with L&D; or HR tech products
• Familiarity with linking outputs to a learning system
• Built chatbots for learning or career support
• Deployed bots that generate actionable PDFs
• Used AI to guide user journeys or skill-building
• Integrated APIs into low-code LMS platforms
