For candidates located in Barcelona, Spain: flexible hybrid model with 2 days per week onsite, the rest in home office.

For candidates located elsewhere in Spain: 100% remote.

Contract: full-time / indefinite

Languages: English required (at least B2); German is a plus.

About the role:

As a Fullstack ABAP Cloud Developer at Serrala, you will design and build innovative SAP-based solutions to streamline payment and finance processes, enhancing cash visibility for our clients.

You will work closely with product owners and developers, learning best practices and contributing to high-quality, customer-focused products.

Your Day-to-Day:

1. Requirement Analysis: Analyze requirements, design solutions with the product owner, clarify dependencies.
2. Solutioning / Designing: Own the technical design process, including documentation, impact analysis, and proof of concept creation.
3. Execution Excellence: Break down user stories, set timelines, write clean code, maintain documentation, and prepare for production.
4. Business Agility: Engage actively in agile practices.
5. Collaboration: Drive initiatives at the organizational level and mentor junior team members.

What makes you excel in this position:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience with ABAP-OO, OData, REST.
• 1+ years of experience with SAPUI5 Freestyle Apps and FIORI Elements Apps.
• Experience in designing and developing business applications.
• Proven track record in implementing and provisioning ABAP Cloud applications.
• Experience with the ABAP RESTful Application Programming model (RAP).
• Skilled in defining behaviors in managed and unmanaged environments.
• Proficient in creating and managing CDS views, business objects, and data modeling using Core Data Services.
• Knowledge of SAP Clean-Core Principles.
• Fluent in English; German is advantageous.
• Experience working in agile environments is a plus.
