For candidates located in Barcelona, Spain: a flexible hybrid model with 2 days per week onsite, the rest remote.

For candidates located elsewhere in Spain: 100% remote.

Contract: full-time / indefinite

About the role:

As a Fullstack ABAP Cloud Developer at Serrala, you will help design and build innovative SAP-based solutions that streamline payment and finance processes to improve cash visibility for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with our product owners and development team, learning best practices while contributing to high-quality, customer-focused products.

Your Day to Day:

1. Requirement Analysis: Analyze requirements, design solutions with the product owner, clarify and communicate dependencies.
2. Solutioning / Designing: Engage in and own the technical design process, including documentation, impact analysis, and proof of concept creation.
3. Execution Excellence: Break down user stories, set timelines, write clean and efficient code, maintain documentation, and ensure readiness for production.
4. Business Agility: Actively engage in agile practices.
5. Collaboration: Drive and collaborate actively on organizational initiatives, mentor junior team members.

What makes you excel in this position:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of work experience with ABAP-OO, OData, REST.
• 1+ years of work experience with SAPUI5 Freestyle Apps and FIORI Elements Apps.
• Experience in designing and developing business applications.
• Proven track record in implementing and provisioning ABAP Cloud applications.
• Experience with the ABAP RESTful Application Programming model (RAP).
• Skilled in defining and implementing behaviors in both managed and unmanaged environments.
• Proficient in creating and managing CDS views, business objects, and data modeling using Core Data Services.
• Knowledge of SAP Clean-Core Principles.
• Fluent in English; German is advantageous.
• Experience working in AGILE environments is a plus.
