We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Coordinator/Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team on the Orihuela Costa.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:


- Provide administrative and sales support to the real estate team

- Be the first point of contact for clients and enquiries

- Coordinate appointments and maintain excellent customer service

- Help ensure smooth and professional day-to-day operations


Requirements

Requirements:


- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- Advanced Spanish is preferred and other languages advantageous

- Some experience in real estate is preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team

- Able to take feedback and work well under pressure

- Sales minded to maximise on conversion of leads
