Tasks

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative and sales support to the real estate team
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and enquiries
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain excellent customer service
  • Help ensure smooth and professional day-to-day operations

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced Spanish is preferred and other languages advantageous
  • Some experience in real estate is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team
  • Able to take feedback and work well under pressure
  • Sales minded to maximise on conversion of leads
