Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Ingeniero de Software Fullstack.
• Dominio de habilidades en Angular, Java y Spring Boot.
• Fluidez en inglés y español.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience : Proven success as a Fullstack Software Engineer, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Technical Mastery :

Core Skills : Angular, Java, Spring Boot.

• Supplementary Knowledge : Git, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Cloud & DevOps Expertise : Hands-on experience with Azure and Terraform .
• CI / CD Tools : Proficient in pipeline tools and processes.
• Methodical Skills : Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices.

Language Skills : Fluent in English and Spanish.

Mindset : Agile, collaborative, and innovative.

PPP : Performance-based Bonus – If the Global objectives , Strategic Business Unit objectives , and Business Unit objectives are met, employees may receive a benefits payout of 2% of their salary , which could increase to 4% based on performance.
