We are looking for a passionate and capable Full-Stack Software Developer who wants to make a real impact and build experiences they can be proud of. We work in a collaborative, fast paced environment where you will design, build and deploy both internal tooling and client-facing applications. We prize team members who can take a complex project and work autonomously with key stakeholders to understand requirements and build the right solution.

Role Responsibilities

Able to wireframe and design good quality UI / UX experiences.

Own projects from inception to deployment and through future iteration.

Debugging, and contributing to unit, integration, and e2e tests.

Willing to learn Java / Spring / Hibernate to contribute to our backend systems when necessary, and even better if you already know this

Collaborating across teams to develop React and Node.js applications used both internally and by clients.

Maintaining and enhancing our WordPress marketing website.

Supporting our CI / CD workflows and contributing to code quality, test coverage, and reliability.

Contribute to our documentation and best practices

Adherence to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility.

Ensure compliance with operational risk requirements (e.g. cultural behaviours, security policies and regulatory requirements)

Experience / Competences

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related technical field.

Demonstrated industry experience building full-stack applications with React, Typescript, and Node.js.

Experience delivering scalable, maintainable, and performant code.

Proven communication skills (English written and verbal)

Demonstrated collaborative mindset.

Ability to manage and lead development projects independently, working closely with business and design stakeholders.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and integration of tools like Google Analytics or Tag Manager.

Experience designing UI / UX with Figma and a good eye for front-end quality.

Knowledge or interest in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and cloud architectures (AWS).

Experience building and improving CI / CD processes.

Knowledgeable with Wordpress SEO, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.

Comfort with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
