Clio is seeking a Software Developer to join our Barcelona engineering team. You will work on building web applications at scale, collaborating with distributed teams across three countries, and reviewing peers' code in an Agile environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of software development experience, familiarity with web stacks, and a drive to learn new technologies. The role offers a hybrid work model with Anchor Day in the Barcelona office and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• +2 years of experience building web applications at scale.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is highly desirable.
• Ability to master new technologies quickly in a dynamic, distributed environment.
• Demonstrated mentorship in software development within Agile processes for large-scale SaaS products.
• Database optimization experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
