Formación

• 2+ years of experience building web applications at scale.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is highly desirable.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly in a dynamic distributed team.
• Mentorship experience in Agile SaaS environments.
• Database optimization experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with a team of developers to solve complex problems and deliver elegant solutions for Clio customers.
• Contribute in an Agile, full-stack environment across multiple projects.
• Learn and apply a variety of technologies to new challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across three countries on diverse projects.
• Review and provide feedback on peers' code within and across teams.
