Clio in Barcelona is seeking a Software Developer to join our rapidly growing engineering team. You will work on building web applications at scale, collaborating with distributed teams across multiple countries, and contributing to high-performance features in a fast-moving SaaS product.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience, Ruby on Rails is highly desirable, and strong skills in Agile processes and mentoring. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building web applications at scale.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and ability to mentor others within an Agile SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of developers to build scalable web applications for Clio clients.
• Review and contribute to code across multiple engineering teams and countries.
• Mentor Junior developers and participate in Agile ceremonies to improve processes.
