We Are Hiring: Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our development team at Spoki. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust applications that power our Conversational Commerce platform. You will work across the entire technology stack, creating seamless user experiences on the frontend while ensuring reliable and efficient backend systems.

You will play a crucial role in developing features that enable businesses to leverage WhatsApp as their primary channel for customer communications and commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

1. Design and implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces using React and TypeScript
2. Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional user experiences
3. Implement state management solutions and ensure code maintainability
4. Develop scalable and secure APIs using Python and Django
5. Build and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL
6. Implement and maintain microservices using Golang where appropriate
7. Configure and manage AWS infrastructure and cloud services
8. Integrate with third-party systems and APIs, particularly WhatsApp Business API

Full Stack Duties

1. Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance
2. Write clean, testable code with comprehensive test coverage
3. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
6. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Our Ideal Profile

1. 3+ years of experience in full stack development, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready applications
2. Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development
3. Solid experience with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL for backend development
4. Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
5. Experience with Golang is a plus
6. Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and implementation
7. Understanding of database design, normalization, and query optimization
8. Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI / CD pipelines
9. Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
10. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
11. Strong communicator who can partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, AI) to align technical initiatives with business goals

Hiring Process:

3. Gross annual salaries are determined based on experience, ranging from €30,000/year for mid to €50,000/year for senior roles
