• You’ll be part of our Engagement team, responsible for the full development life cycle of the client experience, from the core of Barkibu’s strategy all the way to deployment.
• The Engagement team is responsible for several key initiatives: (i) our mobile apps, with approx 2 releases per week; (ii) Bai, our AI assistant supporting millions of conversations; (iii) the Barkibu Card for vet bill payments; (iv) Customer Care efforts; (v) our Donations project to convert pet parents into donors. These are your focus areas.
• You have a Product mindset. Experience iterating consumer products with a focus on growth, ownership, and rapid iteration. You’ll work closely with engineers, user research, and product teams to influence behavior.
• Exposure to multiple frameworks & languages. About 50% of your work will involve non-Flutter projects. You’ll take ownership from ideation to deployment, wearing many hats including Business Analyst, Project Manager, QA, and DevOps.
• You're the perfect fit if... You have experience as a Full Stack Engineer, are fluent in English (Spanish a plus), thrive in fast-paced environments, and work well across teams.
