What are we looking for?

For our specialized team, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with at least 9 years of experience.

Work Location: Madrid (Metro Sol)

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the architecture for large-scale, microservices-based systems.
• Lead cross-team design reviews, ensuring alignment with performance, security, and scalability goals.
• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines for complex, multi-team workflows.
• Champion observability, resilience, and "everything as code" across infrastructure and deployments.
• Act as a senior technical liaison for stakeholders—translating strategic goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing requirements (TDD / BDD), and performance benchmarks.
• Lead brown-bags, hackathons, and guild meetings to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications:

• 9–12 years building and scaling distributed systems in agile / DevOps organizations.
• BS / MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful microservices, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Avro).
• Strong frontend skills with React, JavaScript / TypeScript, and API-first integration (Open API).
• Deep familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration, container security, and infrastructure as code.

Technology Stack:

• Frontend: React, Angular, JavaScript / TypeScript
• Data & Messaging: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Avro
