Pillar is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their ambitious team in Barcelona. This role involves building the foundations of the startup, which has rapidly grown with significant investments.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in early-stage startups and mastery of technologies such as React and TypeScript. A strong ownership culture prevails, so you must be ready to contribute significantly to the team's goals.

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join our tight team of A+ people and help us build the foundations of Pillar.

• You have proven experience working with early‑stage startups (0 → 10M€ ARR).
• You know our tech stack like the back of your hand (React, Next.js, Supabase, TypeScript).
• You don't ship code, but you build a product.
• You have developed both hard and soft skills alongside an A+ team.
• High IQ, high energy, high integrity.
