Job summary

Enginy, a Barcelona-based AI-native GTM platform startup, is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to own features from product discussion to production, across backend and frontend.

You will shape systems and engineering standards as the company scales, tackling high-impact challenges and delivering quality software that directly affects customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with real work on both backend and frontend.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js and React.
• Solid understanding of modern API design, async workflows and web architectures.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Ability to work autonomously, debug complex issues and ship high-quality code.
• Strong communication skills and an advanced level of English.
• Bias for action and ownership you thrive in a fast-moving startup.

As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll have real ownership from day one across the whole product: high-throughput backend workflows, integrations, AI-powered features and polished web experiences. You'll own meaningful problems end to end and help shape both the product and the engineering standards of a company entering its next stage of growth.

About The Role

We're looking for an engineer who is comfortable anywhere in the stack from a Temporal workflow to a React component and who wants to own features from the first conversation with Product to production.

You'll join early enough to shape the systems, standards and product, at a stage where scale and customer demand already create real engineering challenges.

What you'll own

• End-to-end features: ship complete functionality across backend and frontend, with a clear focus on quality, reliability and speed
• Backend services: build scalable services, async workflows and data pipelines (Temporal), plus production-grade APIs and integrations with CRMs, LinkedIn and more
• Web product: develop responsive React + TypeScript applications: dashboards, campaign builders and reporting UIs
• Performance & observability: optimize performance on both sides of the stack, debug complex issues and keep the system observable
• Product partnership: collaborate closely with Product and Design to scope work and make the right trade-offs
• Engineering standards: help shape engineering practices, code quality and architecture as we scale

About You

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with real work on both backend and frontend
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js and React
• Solid understanding of modern API design, async workflows and web architectures
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Ability to work autonomously, debug complex issues and ship high-quality code
• Strong communication skills and an advanced level of English
• Bias for action and ownership you thrive in a fast-moving startup

Nice to have

• Familiarity with workflow engines (e.g. Temporal), distributed systems or microservices
• Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka or third-party API integrations
• Knowledge of UI performance optimization or design systems
• CI/CD practice with GitHub ActionsExperience in early‑stage or fast‑scaling startups
• Interest in B2B SaaS, sales tech or automation tools
