Join our client's growing team and contribute to a modern, serverless cloud-based product while learning new skills.

What you’ll be working on

As a Junior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be part of a small, experienced team working in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Contributing to the development of scalable web applications using modern backend and frontend technologies.
2. Working on small, well-defined features end-to-end with guidance from senior developers.
3. Writing and maintaining Python backend services deployed on AWS Lambda using Chalice and Serverless Framework.
4. Interacting with a MariaDB database on AWS RDS using SQLAlchemy and advanced SQL queries.
5. Helping build and maintain front-end components using React, Redux, and Material UI.
6. Learning and applying clean coding principles and best practices in a collaborative environment.
7. Participating actively in Agile SCRUM rituals and daily standups.
8. Using AI tools such as Cursor and GPT to support your development tasks and learning curve.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, RDS, S3).
• Familiarity with serverless concepts or frameworks (Chalice, Serverless).
• Exposure to web scraping or automation (e.g., Selenium).
• Side projects or GitHub contributions showcasing your initiative and passion.

Work Setup & Offer

Remote (Andalusia, Spain). Full-time Contractor (40h/week), hourly based in USD.
