Avance Consulting is seeking a core individual contributor on one of three Scrum teams within the Digital Product Technology group. You will own feature delivery end-to-end, contribute to technical design, and raise the quality of your team.

You will collaborate with Product and Design to prototype and iterate on ideas, while writing well-tested, well-documented code and performing thorough reviews. Strong Go backend and React UI experience are essential for success.

This role is a core individual contributor on one of three Scrum teams within the Peer Community

product organization in Digital Product Technology (DPT). You will own feature delivery end-to-end, contribute to technical design, and help raise the overall quality and capability of your team. Gartner Peer

decisions.

What you will do:

• Design and build high-quality features end-to-end across web and backend platforms with a

• focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.

• Participate actively in technical design discussions and contribute meaningful input on

• architecture and implementation approaches.

• Partner closely with Product and Design to rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on new ideas,

• helping shape requirements and technical solutions in areas where the path forward may not yet

• be fully defined.

• Write well-tested, well-documented code and hold a high bar in code review.

Must have-

• Good years of professional software engineering experience building production systems, including

• rich experience in end-to-end system design and delivery.

• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development and React/Next.js or React Native for UI development; must have hands-on full stack engineering experience.

• Solid understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and delivery fundamentals.

• Clear written and verbal communication with teammates, product managers, and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in distributed systems, high-traffic services, or data-intensive platforms.

• Familiarity with agile/scrum delivery models.

• Experience integrating third-party video conferencing solutions into web or enterprise

• applications using APIs or SDKs.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required

• Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM
