Dabster is seeking a senior software engineer to design and implement high-quality features across web and backend platforms in Madrid. You will collaborate with Product and Design to prototype, validate, and iterate on ideas when the path forward is not fully defined.

You will write well-tested, well-documented code and participate in architecture discussions. A strong emphasis on reliability, performance, and maintainability is required for end-to-end delivery.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems, including end-to-end design and delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development and React/Next.js or React Native for UI development with hands-on full stack experience.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and delivery fundamentals.
• Clear written and verbal communication with teammates, product managers, and stakeholders.

Must have-

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems, including rich experience in end-to-end system design and delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development and React/Next.js or React Native for UI development; must have hands‑on full stack engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and delivery fundamentals.
• Clear written and verbal communication with teammates, product managers, and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in distributed systems, high‑traffic services, or data‑intensive platforms.
