Avance Consulting is seeking a strong Full Stack Software Engineer to build scalable products and work closely with Product and Design teams. This hands-on role is an individual contributor, owning features end-to-end from design to delivery.

You’ll deliver high-quality back-end and front-end features using Go and React, participate in architecture decisions, and ensure robust testing and documentation in an Agile environment.

Formación

• Strong professional experience with Go/Golang and building back-end services.
• Proficient in React, Next.js, and TypeScript for frontend work.
• Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and scalable microservices.
• Familiar with SQL databases and Go-based data access.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilidades

We’re looking for a strong Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable products, solving real engineering problems, and working closely with Product and Design teams.

This is a hands‑on individual contributor role where you’ll have the opportunity to own features end‑to‑end — from technical design to development, testing, and delivery.

What you’ll be working on

• Build and deliver high-quality back-end and front-end features across web platforms.
• Design and develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable services.
• Contribute to technical design, architecture, and implementation decisions .
• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to turn ideas into working solutions.
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code.
• Participate actively in code reviews and help raise the engineering quality of the team.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment alongside a collaborative engineering team.

Must-have technical skills

Backend – Go/Golang

• Strong professional experience with Go/Golang
• Goroutines, channels and concurrency
• Microservices
• REST APIs
• gRPC and/or net/ understanding of backend/system design
• Go database experience with SQL + Go, pgx, sqlx or GORM
• Go testing / unit testing

Frontend – React

• Strong hands‑on experience with React
• React + Next.js OR React Native
• TypeScript
• React Hooks
• API integration
• Experience building and supporting production-grade UIs

Testing

Experience with one or more of:

• Jest
• Vitest
• React Testing Library
• Cypress
• Playwright
• E2E Testing

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems or high‑traffic applications
• Experience working with data‑intensive platforms
• Experience integrating third‑party video conferencing platforms through APIs/SDKs
