Job Title : Full Stack Engineer (AI Tools, Martech & Product-Building)

Location : 100% Remote – with occasional meetups in Barcelona for lunch, beers, and product deep dives

At Data Innovation , we help marketing and CRM teams work smarter with automation, analytics, and AI. Our mission : simplify complex Martech stacks and build lightweight tools that actually solve problems.

We're looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer - a builder who’s curious, autonomous, and eager to grow into someone who can think like both a developer and a product manager. This role is perfect for someone junior or mid-level who’s not afraid to explore, learn quickly, and deliver real value across projects.

What You'll Work On

We have 15+ active clients - from publishers to eCommerce brands to performance agencies - with slightly different infrastructures, now increasingly standardized. You’ll work on :

• AI-driven tools : embedding GPT-4 and other services into internal and client-facing apps
• Multi-MTA dashboards : enhancing our Virtual Deliverability Manager for SparkPost, qMail, and Amazon SES
• Mautic plugin development : building features to automate campaigns and improve UX for marketing teams
• Web apps & UIs : building lightweight tools and landing pages using modern frameworks
• API integrations : connecting CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
• Client-specific solutions : helping us propose, spec, and implement solutions for companies like Nestlé, Tradedoubler , Brown-Forman and Moonshot Marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• You’re familiar with (or eager to learn) : SQL , Airflow , Amazon Athena , Docker , YAML , Amazon Web Services , Mautic , WhatsApp & Codex.
• You understand the value of frugality and working with efficient, lean architectures
• You can speak decent English in non-formal conversations (you don’t need to be fluent—just clear)
• You care about products , not just code : you enjoy understanding users and thinking about UX and outcomes
• You’re independent and organized , capable of managing your time and priorities
• You’re comfortable with variety and navigating imperfect setups—sometimes you’ll need to figure out the way forward
• You’re interested in how AI can be used meaningfully , not just as a buzzword and willing to find or build an efficient and diverse team of AI Agents to collaborate with us .
