adesso Spain está buscando talentos tecnológicos curiosos y apasionados para unirse a un equipo internacional de ingeniería. Trabajarás en proyectos desafiantes que priorizan calidad y escalabilidad, desde diseño hasta entrega, con libertad para experimentar e innovar.

El modelo de trabajo es híbrido en Barcelona con viajes periódicos a Alemania para fomentar la cohesión y aprendizaje compartido, manteniendo autonomía y decisiones técnicas significativas.

Formación

• Experiencia sólida con Java 17+ y Spring (Boot, Security, Cloud).
• Desarrollo de microservicios y RESTful APIs con pruebas unitarias y CI/CD.
• Conocimiento de Apache Kafka y arquitecturas event-driven.
• Experiencia con Docker, Kubernetes y AWS en entornos nativos de la nube.
• Aplicación de soluciones de IA y IA generativa en desarrollo de software.
• Francés/inglés es deseable, alemán es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Formar parte de un equipo internacional de ingeniería de alto rendimiento, contribuyendo a todo el ciclo de vida del software.
• Trabajar en proyectos desafiantes, priorizando calidad, rendimiento y escalabilidad.
• Participar en diseño, arquitectura e implementación hasta la entrega de soluciones.

Your mission

You’ll join an international, high-performing engineering team, contributing to every stage of the software lifecycle, from design and architecture to implementation and delivery. You’ll face technically demanding projects where quality, performance, and scalability come first, with the freedom to experiment, innovate, and continuously improve.

Our work model is hybrid in Barcelona to strengthen local collaboration, and periodic trips to Germany to bring the international team together, fostering cohesion, shared learning, and a strong team spirit across borders.

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience with Java 17+, Spring (Boot, Security, Cloud...) and Angular / TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs, with a strong focus on quality through unit testing and CI/CD best practices.
• Hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures, including message brokers, streaming platforms, and scalable distributed systems.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS in cloud-native environments.
• Practical experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions, including AI integrations, automation use cases, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted software development.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
