Adesso Spain está buscando tecnólogos curiosos y apasionados para unirse a un equipo internacional de ingeniería. Trabajarás en todo el ciclo de vida del software, desde diseño hasta entrega, en proyectos técnicamente desafiantes que priorizan calidad, rendimiento y escalabilidad.

Trabajarás en un modelo híbrido en Barcelona con viajes periódicos a Alemania para fortalecer la cohesión y el aprendizaje entre equipos.

Formación

• Sólida experiencia con Java 17+ y Spring (Boot, Security, Cloud)
• Diseño y desarrollo de microservicios y APIs REST con pruebas unitarias y CI/CD
• Experiencia con Kafka y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos, brokers de mensajes y plataformas de streaming
• Experiencia con Docker, Kubernetes y AWS en entornos nativos de la nube
• Conocimientos de IA y soluciones Generative AI, integraciones IA, automatización y desarrollo asistido por IA
• Inglés fluido; alemán es un plus

Responsabilidades

• Unirse a un equipo internacional de ingeniería de alto rendimiento y contribuir en todas las etapas del ciclo de vida del software, desde el diseño hasta la entrega
• Tomar decisiones técnicas significativas con autonomía y responsabilidad
• Impulsar la calidad, rendimiento y escalabilidad mediante buenas prácticas de desarrollo

Your mission: You'll join an international, high-performing engineering team, contributing to every stage of the software lifecycle, from design and architecture to implementation and delivery. You'll face technically demanding projects where quality, performance, and scalability come first, with the freedom to experiment, innovate, and continuously improve. Our work model is hybrid in Barcelona to strengthen local collaboration, and periodic trips to Germany to bring the international team together, fostering cohesion, shared learning, and a strong team spirit across borders.

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience with Java 17+, Spring (Boot, Security, Cloud...) and Angular / TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs, with a strong focus on quality through unit testing and CI/CD best practices.
• Hands‑on expertise with Apache Kafka and event‑driven architectures, including message brokers, streaming platforms, and scalable distributed systems.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS in cloud‑native environments.
• Practical experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions, including AI integrations, automation use cases, prompt engineering, and AI‑assisted software development.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
