Full Stack Django Developer (Fully Remote)

Join GuestReady as a Full-Stack Django Developer!

GuestReady is a leader in short-term rental and hospitality management, operating across the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since 2016, we have been innovating with RentalReady, our proprietary property management software, which serves both our service operations and as a SaaS offering for other property managers. We are seeking a Full-Stack Django Developer to join our fully remote Product Team.

You will contribute to RentalReady, our property management platform built with Python/Django and React. You will be part of the Finance Squad, responsible for core features such as payment system integrations, invoice and financial report generation, and payment flow management.

Responsibilities include:

1. Building new projects from scratch using Python/Django and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
2. Collaborating with designers to deliver new pages and features.
3. Maintaining and enhancing existing features.
4. Investigating and fixing bugs reported by support.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong skills in Python and Django.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS; React experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience working remotely in an asynchronous environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
