Project description:
We are looking to staff a small, internal team for the development, integration and operation of new services to support mobile planning processes. Three projects are currently underway in this area, namely PreHCM NewMobile, FNP Cockpit and freiHEIGHT, in which IT solution designs have already been created and requirements specified, which are now to be implemented.
1. PreHCM NewMobile is the replacement of an existing, monolithic application in which parameter registrations for mobile radio sites at the Federal Network Agency were previously coordinated by e-mail and are now to run automatically via M2M interfaces.
2. FNP Cockpit is currently a PowerBI solution whose current architecture and data provision are problematic and is therefore to be completely rewritten in a service-orientated way to fit better into the environment.
3. freiHEIGHT is currently a Matlab application that helps to analyse security reserves at mobile radio sites. This is also to be completely rewritten in a service-orientated way and integrated into the processes.
Tasks description:
o Developing/improving software for complex products and services throughout the entire development process (life cycle)
o Clarifying requirements; devising concepts and general specifications for modifying software for complex products and services
o Carrying out the relevant programming work (coding)
o Preparing and maintaining software documentation
o Designing and defining system tests and test automation
o Installing and configuring the software for complex products and services
o Supporting team members during the fault analysis and up until fault clearance
o Providing technical last-level support also to other teams for the systems and services managed
o Managing complex projects
Skills requirements:
Full Stack Developer/SW Engineer IV:
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Good knowlwdge of TypeScript and any of modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue/Angular)
• Very good knowledge in the development of web services / (REST) API design
• Experience with databases and ORMs
• Proficiency in Git
• Basic knowledge of Docker
• Fluent in English
