Silk allows tenants to pay rent by card, accumulate points and save on day-to-day expenses.

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Full Stack Developer at Silk | Cashback for Rent.

Silk is Europe's first loyalty program that allows tenants to earn points for paying rent. Our mission is to enable tenants to generate financial return on their rent payments while simplifying collection management for landlords. By generating incentives around housing, we aim to make Silk the most widespread benefit program in Europe.

Job Description

This role involves daily tasks such as developing, maintaining and optimizing our digital platforms using Angular on the frontend and Node.js on the backend. You will also be expected to collaborate closely with other teams, including design, product and marketing, to implement new features and improve the user experience. Although the position is based in Madrid, hybrid work is possible.

Requirements

• Full stack development experience, specifically in Angular for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (such as MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge in version control tools such as Git.
• Ability to solve complex problems and optimize application performance.
• Experience working in agile environments and in collaboration with designers, developers and other stakeholders.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Minimum level of Spanish B2.
