Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack BI Developer to join a high-impact team supporting Bosch’s Global Reporting System (GRS), a key platform driving data-informed decisions across a global organization.

You’ll combine your deep technical expertise in .NET (C#), T-SQL (MSSQL), JQuery with an analytical mindset to help design and optimize reporting structures that matter. Main responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain functionalities, interfaces, and ETL processes for the Global Reporting System (GRS) and BI tools.
2. Support daily operations and troubleshoot issues across reporting platforms.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, KPIs, and support onboarding.
4. Contribute to presales activities and BI support for new projects.
5. Explore and integrate Big Data and AI opportunities into data strategies.
6. Drive process optimization through data-driven solutions.

Core skills/experience:

• 3+ years in .NET (C#), T-SQL (MSSQL), JQuery, HTML/CSS.
• Hands-on ETL development, ideally with Talend, Apache Hop, or SSIS.
• Experience with Agile, GitHub, data analytics, and KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, Big Data, and AI analytics is a plus.
• Strong communicator across technical and business teams.
• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.
• Team player with strong analytical thinking.
