Role Description

We're currently looking for a People Advisor. This role involves working with managers in central functions and sales to deliver excellence across the employee lifecycle. As a fully remote, global enterprise, our workers are based in various geographies, most as contractors. No specific country labor law experience is required, although multinational experience is highly preferable. Prior experience in an HR role, engaging with managers in a junior HRBP or Advisor capacity, is essential.

Core Tasks

1. Provide HR support to the manager group across the full employee lifecycle.
2. Act as a trusted partner for managers to address worker issues.
3. Advise on goal setting, organizational design, and performance management to align teams with business objectives.
4. Ensure managers adhere to processes and compliance standards.
5. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities.
6. Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding processes.
7. Manage probation reviews with managers.
8. Handle employee relations within the client group.
9. Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate payments.
10. Manage reward processes, including benchmarking, bonuses, pay changes, and local audits.
11. Support operational HR activities as needed.
12. Participate in various HR projects.
