Role Description

We're currently looking for a People Advisor. This role involves working with managers in central functions and sales to deliver excellence across the employee lifecycle. As a fully remote, global enterprise, our workers are located in various geographies, mostly as contractors. Prior experience with multinational environments is highly preferable; specific country labor law experience is not required. The ideal candidate will have experience in an HR role supporting managers in a junior HRBP or Advisor capacity.

Core Tasks

• Provide HR support to the manager group across the full employee lifecycle
• Act as a trusted partner for managers to address worker issues
• Advise on goal setting, organizational design, and performance management to align teams with business objectives
• Ensure managers adhere to processes and compliance standards
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities
• Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage probation reviews with managers
• Handle employee relations within the client group
• Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate payments
• Manage rewards, including benchmarking, bonuses, pay changes, and local audits
• Support operational HR activities as needed
• Participate in various HR projects across the team
