Role Description

We're currently looking for a People Advisor. This role involves working with managers in central functions and sales to deliver excellence across the employee lifecycle. As a fully remote, global enterprise, our workers are based in various geographies, mostly as contractors. Prior experience with multinational organizations is highly preferable, but specific country labor law experience is not required. The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience, particularly in an advisory or junior HRBP capacity, working directly with managers.

Core Tasks

• Provide HR support to manager groups across the full employee lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted partner for managers to address worker issues.
• Advise on goal setting, organizational design, and team performance management to align with business objectives.
• Ensure managers adhere to processes and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities.
• Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage probation reviews with managers.
• Handle employee relations within the client group.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate payments.
• Oversee reward processes, including benchmarking, bonuses, pay changes, and local audits.
• Support operational HR activities as needed.
