We are seeking an exceptional Accountant with IFRS experience to prepare the business for public market scrutiny through our planned IPO. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise and a passion for IFRS.

Location : This role can be based in London or remote within EMEA Time Zones.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the month-end reporting process to deliver timely and accurate information.
• Take full responsibility for ledger processes relevant to your expertise.
• Assist with the year-end audit process and statutory reporting.
• Support the finance team's preparations for an IPO.
• Improve financial processes and monitor compliance.
• Share knowledge with team members to ensure coverage.
• Develop your skills to stay updated on standards and regulations.
• Establish strong relationships with key colleagues outside the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional academic record and career performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience at a large public accounting firm or multinational corporate accounting department preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise systems.
• Willingness to travel up to four times per year.
