• Más de 7 años de experiencia como Data Scientist.
• Conocimientos sólidos en principios de machine learning y programación en Python.
• Nivel de inglés B1 en adelante, español es obligatorio.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinar un equipo de ingenieros de machine learning.
• Identificar oportunidades para aplicar machine learning a problemas reales.
• Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los proyectos de IA desde la iniciación hasta la entrega.

**What will make you successful in this position?**

• + 7 years in Data Scientist.
• MSc. or PhD. in Artificial Intelligence or other equivalent training.
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles, including data pre-processing, feature engineering, model training and evaluation.
• Experience working with large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA), including prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, quantization, and language model frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
• Excellent command of Python.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) is a plus.
• Experience with software engineering and understanding of software engineering best practices (Git, CI/CD, testing, documentation) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus.
• MLOps principles and tools (e.g., MLFlow).
• Proven experience managing AI projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• English level from B1 onwards, Spanish mandatory.

**What will be your mission?**

• Coordinate a team of machine learning engineers working in areas like generative AI, computer vision, and NLP.
• Understand the client’s business and identify opportunities for using machine learning to solve real-world problems.
• Evaluate the complexity and feasibility of machine learning solutions based on the state of the art, industry standards, and market trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for AI initiatives, including planning, scoping, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery.
• Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
