What you will do at Signaturit

  • Lead the frontend team, fostering high standards in code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Design and maintain scalable, modular frontend architecture using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling.
  • Review code and ensure adherence to clean code principles and testing practices.
  • Act as the go-to person for complex technical decisions, architectural direction, and system evolution.
  • Mentor and support frontend developers, encouraging growth, continuous learning, and promoting engineering excellence across the team.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across product, design & engineering, ensuring seamless integration, consistent delivery pipelines, and shared ownership of quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development workflows, including CI / CD, testing strategies, code review processes, and tooling enhancements.
  • Partner with the Engineering Manager to continuously improve team processes, delivery velocity, and technical quality.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical discussions, define and defend architectural proposals, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional agile teams.

What skills will make you successful?

  • 6+ years of experience in frontend development, with strong expertise in React and Angular.
  • Deep understanding of CSS architecture and preprocessors such as SASS & JSS, with the ability to implement responsive, mobile-first, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Proven experience with frontend build systems and tooling, including Webpack and Rollup, with a focus on performance optimization and developer experience.
  • Strong testing culture, with hands-on experience implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests in React (Jest, React Testing Library) and Angular (Jasmine, Karma).
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and modern development workflows, using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
  • Language Skills : Advanced in English is required. French would be a significant plus.
  • Nice to have : Familiarity with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing), contributions to open-source projects or public technical writing / talks.
