Formación

  • Licenciatura o experiencia en Amazon (tiempo completo).

Amazon is looking for an innovative Candidate Partner to join our newly established EMEA Candidate Partner (CP) team. Currently, this growing centralized CP team is responsible for EMEA Ops G&A hiring (FGBS and PXT). The team's remit is now expanding to include corporate business lanes, in addition to the existing area of Communications and Corporate Responsibility (CCR). This is a critical role in helping to build, and further define the CP model across the EMEA G&A org.

As a Candidate Partner at Amazon, you will be responsible for owning all aspects of top-of-funnel candidate management, including evaluating applications, cultivating sourcing channels, generating referrals, and developing relationships with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent pipelines to meet hiring demands. You will create talent attraction strategies, leverage your TA expertise to set benchmarks and track metrics, and work closely with a dedicated TA Business Partner to align processes and strategy.

They will have a reputation for exceptional candidate generation, organization, communication, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key job responsibilities

  • Work closely with business and hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches, managing expectations through a deep understanding of role requirements.
  • Partner closely with business and hiring teams to influence and deliver a superior assessment and candidate experience through the recruitment funnel.
  • Articulate pipeline generation plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates using your sound judgement to understand if there is a candidate fit for the role.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth candidate interviews to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
  • Recommend recruitment strategies to support long-term growth; implement new processes and refine procedures to deliver high quality results for the business.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics to effectively target and attract top talent. Conduct market analysis to identify potential talent pools and adjust sourcing strategies.
  • Participate in cross-business / cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
  • Ability to connect and learn from colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise from across the recruitment spectrum whilst supporting collaboration and innovation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree, or experience at Amazon (full-time)
  • Experience in corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research
  • Experience with contact management system / applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
  • Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups
