The Digital Products Platforms & Services team is a newly formed group within the Growth Digital & Platforms (GDP) global function. It is responsible for designing, developing, and rolling out state-of-the-art digital products across brands, regions, and divisions worldwide, helping our brands accelerate organic growth and bring the petcare ecosystem to life.

We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Frontend Software Engineer to join our dynamic team dedicated to advancing our Consent Identity & Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities. As a key member of the Consent ID & SSO team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience by building Software Development Kits (SDKs) and contributing to the creation of Mars Petcare's Preference Center. Your mission will include supporting our markets and divisions in seamlessly integrating with our cutting-edge SSO product. Your strong technical skills, motivation, and proactive approach will be instrumental in designing and deploying frontend solutions that enhance user authentication, elevate data security, and ensure seamless integration. MUST HAVE

1. In-depth knowledge and understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Consent products, showcasing awareness of their critical role in enhancing and securing customer experiences within digital platforms.
2. Understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience collaborating with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces within the Consent Identity & SSO domain.
3. Familiarity with authentication protocols and standards such as OAuth and OpenID Connect to understand authentication processes within the Consent and Identity domain.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration between business units and development teams in the context of frontend engineering. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Skill in translating business requirements into successful frontend solutions within the Consent Identity & SSO domain.

NICE TO HAVE

1. Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks beyond React, such as Angular, demonstrating versatility in adapting to various technology stacks.
2. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, showcasing understanding of automated testing and deployment processes.
3. Experience working in an Agile development environment with an understanding of Agile methodologies and practices to contribute effectively within an iterative development cycle.
