What you will do:

The Role, Key Responsibilities, and Tasks

As an eDOer, you'll have clear objectives and a significant impact on our global projects and customers. Your responsibilities as a Frontend Senior Software Engineer in the Accommodation Team include:

• Working with a modern tech stack: ES6, JavaScript libraries like ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, Jest, React Testing Library, SASS, CSS-in-JS, and Styled Components.
• Developing in a distributed, scalable microservices and micro frontends environment with daily deployments, emphasizing high-quality, clean code, SOLID principles, and TDD.
• Collaborating with a high-performing, cross-functional team of 7-10 developers, Product Managers, UX Designers, etc., all focused on the customer.
• Developing advanced algorithms at the forefront of travel technology innovation.
• Applying your technical expertise to produce high-quality solutions, focusing on good design, attention to detail, testing, and challenging decisions to improve technical excellence.
• Participating actively in product definition and ideation processes.
• Working within an agile organization using Kanban practices for continuous value delivery.
• Engaging in workshops, hackathons, and events to stay active within the IT community.
• Monitoring and owning the performance of product and technical OKRs.

Our technical environment promotes:

• Experience delivering high-complexity projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and skill development.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English for a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Curiosity and eagerness to explore AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for debugging, development, and productivity.
• Adaptability and quick learning of new AI capabilities.
• Interest in collaborating closely with AI as a pair programmer.
