The Sail UI team owns Stripe’s design system, and therefore it plays a critical role in the creation of intuitive and high-quality user experiences at Stripe. We are responsible for delivering essential UI components, infrastructure, and best practices that ensure consistency and excellence across all product surfaces. Our platform supports a diverse range of applications—from extensive web platforms to embedded interfaces and SEO-optimized sites—empowering product teams to rapidly build and deploy with confidence. By focusing on consistent interactions, accessibility, and performance, we provide seamless and engaging user interactions. Please be aware that this role currently requires you to come to the office once a week. In the near future, the work model will shift to a hybrid arrangement, with a 50% remote and 50% in-office presence in Barcelona, Spain.
