Sulzer is looking for a highly skilled frontend developer with a strong background in Angular to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive, responsive, and dynamic user interfaces that enhance user experience. This role requires a detailed-oriented professional who can collaborate effectively with design and backend teams to deliver seamless and visually appealing applications. We expect from the candidate that either they have extensive experience in SAP Spartacus framework or willingness to work and master it.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Design and implement user interface components using Angular.
• Usage of frameworks, like Angular Material, KendoUI, Syncfusion, ...
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into functional user interfaces.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases.
• Implement front-end development best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the robustness and performance of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development and Angular.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in SAP Spartacus angular framework • Experience working with SAP Cloud Commerce.
• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js).
• Knowledge of front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Protractor).
• Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring applications adhere to them.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
