Phoenix Security is a cybersecurity start-up working on an exciting new product. We are looking for a founding Frontend Engineer to join our team. You will work on our new product, Phoenix Security, which is disrupting the world of vulnerability management, application security, and cloud security. Phoenix Security helps CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and developers communicate effectively regarding vulnerability management. Our work environment is fully remote and will transition to a hybrid model later.

We are seeking a Frontend Developer with UI / UX design experience to transform our web application into user-friendly products for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in user experience design.

You will collaborate with designers and developers to implement functional, UX, and UI improvements to our platform. This is a remote position, transitioning to hybrid, based in Barcelona or Malaga (Spain), and requires professional proficiency in English.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Experience with Angular
2. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus
3. Ability to identify and troubleshoot UX issues (e.g., responsiveness)
4. Adherence to style standards for fonts, colors, and images
5. Proven experience as a frontend web developer
6. Portfolio of implemented projects
7. Familiarity with web design principles
8. Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field (preferred but not required)
9. Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, GitHub Projects
