Contract Opportunity : Technical Front-End Angular Developer

Location : Hybrid - Some office time in Malaga

Contract Duration : 6 months with extension possibility

About the Company : Our Consulting client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Front-End Angular Developer for a 6 month contract opportunity with their Banking client. The working arrangement would be onsite with the client in Malaga, Spain. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Developer to drive the design and development of frontend platform solutions for Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) clients and internal users. In this role, you will lead an agile squad, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable software through continuous integration and DevOps practices. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in modern frontend architectures and a passion for design systems and reusability.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead the technical design and development of market access solutions for both clients and internal users, integrating new and existing products with third-party services.
• Guide the definition and implementation of best practices for software development, automated testing, and deployment.
• Advocate for reusable frontend architectures, utilizing concepts like web components, atomic design, and design systems.
• Ensure alignment with SCIB’s reference architecture for digital channels.
• Champion and maintain high software quality standards across both legacy and new codebases.
• Define and enforce software quality control and security measures.
• Collaborate within an agile delivery squad, participating in all phases of the development lifecycle and leveraging continuous integration and DevOps mechanisms.
• Require 2+ years working on frontend single-page application (SPA) architectures (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend microservices (Node.js or Java Spring Boot).
• Frontend Frameworks : Angular 12+ (required), React, Stencil.js
• Backend & Integration : Node.js, Java (Spring Boot)
• Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and Web Components.
