Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda, is looking for a talented Front Office Supervisor to join our team for the 2025 season.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.

He/she is passionate about service and eager to grow professionally.

He/She works closely with our guests on property to discover their preferences and how they want to feel, creating tailored recommendations.

Reports to the Front Office Manager.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Fulfill Front Office operations according to company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times;
  • Responsible for cash accounting (guest bill payments);
  • Communicate relevant guest and group activity to internal teams;
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and handle complaints;
  • Supervise team members.
Requirements
  • High standards of service;
  • Fluent in English and Italian; third language preferred;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury environment;
